The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto the living room, with a small dining area. It also includes a bedroom with a double bed, separated by a glass door. The bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and access to an interior patio—perfect for reading or relaxing. The apartment includes a full bathroom with a spacious shower. Additionally, it is air-conditioned and equipped with the latest technology: online check-in and check-out, TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Monthly stay management The stay will be managed on a monthly basis. Guests must confirm their intention to continue staying in the apartment at least 20 days before the start of each new month. Likewise, the monthly rent payment must also be made 20 days prior to the beginning of the corresponding month. With the exception of the first month's payment, which will be processed through Housing Anywhere, all subsequent monthly payments will be managed directly with us. Twenty days before the start of each rental month, you will receive a payment link indicating the amount due for the upcoming month.
