This one-bedroom apartment in Via Venini is designed for those coming to Milan for study, work, smart working or a transitional stay, and looking for a home that is ready to live in, well organized and easily connected to the city’s main university and business areas. (*) Please note that the “monthly rent” amount includes the 5% fee plus VAT payable by the tenant for booking management activities and administrative procedures related to the stay. This fee will be invoiced separately to the tenant and deducted from the rental amount stated in the contract.
