Fast WiFi. Just renovated and newly furnished. OUR CONDITIONS: 1. We offer all-inclusive rooms. The rent includes: condominium expenses, electricity, gas, heating, water, WIFI, waste tax. In the house it is forbidden to smoke. There is a one-off fee of 500€ including: registration of the contract, cleaning of the room when you leave and basic maintnance during your stay. 2. Regular maintenance and periodic checks that guarantee the house will always be in excellent condition for the entire duration of your contract.
