Es gibt auch eine Vorratskammer neben der Küche. Zudem gibt es auch einen Esstisch mit Barhockern. Das WG-Zimmer beinhaltet ein Bett (kann in Doppelbett umfunktioniert werden; inklusive zwei Matratzen und Bettbezug), einen Nachttisch, einen Schreibtisch und Stuhl, Kleiderschrank und Spiegel, Kommode, etc (s. Fotos). Es wird 1 WG-Zimmer für max. 1 Person vermietet. Die angegebenen Mieten sind inklusive allem, es kommen keine weiteren Kosten hinzu. Eine Kurzzeitvermietung ist nicht möglich.
