This spacious 120m2 apartment is ideally located near many of the city's top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide selection of restaurants offering diverse culinary delights. The bright and airy living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Large windows flood the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Step out onto the terrace, complete with outdoor furniture, to relax and enjoy the fresh air. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials you’ll need to prepare delicious meals, including an electric cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and a range of cooking utensils and cutlery. There are two well-appointed bedrooms, each featuring a queen-size bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. Soft, hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure a restful and comfortable stay. The bathroom includes all the necessary amenities to help you refresh and unwind, including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. For your peace of mind, the apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
