Check-in and contract dates: Your check-in date must be the first available day in the calendar. Your contract start date must also be the first available day in the calendar. Contract duration (fixed rental periods): Please take the following into consideration when placing your booking, otherwise your request may be cancelled by the landlord: Summer season: From 1.02, 16.02, or 1.03 To 30.06 or 15.07 Winter season: From 15.09 or 1.10 To 31.01 or 16.02 Admin fee includes the following services: Cleaning once per month Help in choosing the most suitable accommodation for your needs Preparation of the rental contract Translation of the contract into English or Italian Room preparation with a set of bed linen Airport transfer from Chopin Airport or your current place in Warsaw to your new flat Issuing all necessary documents required to obtain a PESEL number or “zameldowanie” Representing you in communication with the flat owner Taking care of keeping the flat in good technical condition when issues arise that are not the tenant’s fault Final cleaning fee: 400 PLN (payable at the end of the stay) Additional information: If you rent for one month, you do not pay the admin fee (see rules above). All tenants are obliged to pay the admin fee directly to the landlord. Preferred tenant age: 19–30. Landlord policies • We book fortnightly. Meaning contract can start on 1st or 16th day of the month. And they can end on 15th or last day of the month. • Self check-in. You will receive all access codes and instructions before arrival. Preferred age 19-30! • Security deposit is paid in full at the beginning Admin FEE Includes following services: • Helping to choose the best accommodation suitable for your needs, • contract preparation, • Translation of the contract to English, • Room preparation with set of bed linen, • Payment for airport transfer from Chopin airport or place where are you staying in Warsaw to your new flat, • Issuing all necessary documents required to obtain PESEL number or „zameldowanie", - representing you in communications with flat owner. • Taking care of keeping flat in good technical condition for use when issues arise, and they are not tenant fault. • Cleaning service that comes once every two months to clean the kitchen and bathroom • Final cleaning + 400 PLN when You're leaving the apartment. • Single Occupancy Only • There is a weekly tidiness control that is carried out by sending a video of bathroom and kitchen to the landlord. Each week different room is responsible for sending the video. So in 3 person apartment it will be Your responsibility once every 3 weeks...
