The kitchen is fully equipped, with a refrigerator, a freezer and an induction stove. There is also a complete set of dishes at your disposal, including plates, glasses, cutlery, and induction pots. The bathroomcomes with a spacious double shower! The individual water heater ensures hot water at any time, while the bath linens, including bathrobes, add a touch of luxury to your experience. For your entertainment and connection, a 43" 4K SAMSUNG TV connected to the internet is available to keep you company during moments of relaxation. And if you need to stay connected, free fiber-optic WiFi access allows you to browse without limits. A monthy rent of 900€ is inclusive of ALL BILLS (water, electricity, internet and smart TV). In addition, please note that a city tax of 2 euros per person per day is mandatory, for a maximum of 5 days. Therefore, for stays of one month or longer, the total city tax per person amounts to only 10 euros. The studio is located in Sesto San Giovanni. This is a more calm neighborhood than the city center of Milan but it still has good transportation links to the centre. Many green parks are located in this neighbourhood where you can relax and enjoy the weather. Supermarkets, restaurants and shops are located in the vicinity of the apartment and easily reached on foot. It takes about 20 minutes to get to the city center of Milan.
