The registration in any government office is not allowed. * This cozy apartment with one bedroom and one bathroom is located very close to the Retiro Park, on Casado del Alisal Street. Upon entering the apartment we find a corridor that leads directly to the living room. It is a spacious and bright room with a large window that overlooks the street. The living room has a double sofa-bed (135 x 190 cm), two armchairs, side table and television. We also find a dining table with chairs for 4 people. The kitchen, open to the living room, has everything you need for day to day. From the corridor we access the bedroom, with a 150 x 190 cm double bed, and the full bathroom with shower. *The building has a doorman between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
