The room is independent of the rest of the house, has no architectural barriers from the door to the lift and entrance. Entire apartment has heated floor! Last but not least, doorman service from Monday to Saturday. GUEST ACCESS 🔑 Guests can use the common entrance area, the suite, and its private bathroom on the second floor. Common area accessible from internal staircase. In the common area you share a living room, comprising of a dining room and big kitchen, and a wide terrace from which you can enjoy a breathtaking, wonderful sunset. A TOUR IN THE SURROUNDINGS 🗺️ To reach the Duomo the most convenient way is the red metro line, that you can take from Precotto stop (7'by foot from the apartment). Well-stocked and large supermarket near the house, many restaurants, and pizzerias in the area, as well as the legendary Motta pastry shop. Furthermore, there is an amazing Neapolitan pizzeria close by, as well as a Bistrot. There is even a laundromat in the building and a post office right in front. Finally, only 10' away by foot you reach "Martesana", a very long bike and walking path immersed in the nature. Last but not least, you can park your car outside the apartment building for free! As for the contract, the landlady will provide a tourist rental contract (contratto di locazione turistica). Before the booking, the tenant must provide personal documents and details in order for the landlady to create the contract as soon as possible, and have it signed by both parts.
