It's an old building, and as such, it exhibits some typical features of its age, such as an outdated plumbing system and poor soundproofing. Therefore, we recommend ventilating the spaces regularly during your stay. → Living Area The living area has a sofa-bed (suitable only for children or teenagers up to 1,60m tall), flat screen TV, desk, ar conditioning and balcony with table for 2 people with an incredible ocean view. → Bedroom The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning. → Bathroom The apartment has a full bathroom with shower. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker (coffee not included).
