Information regarding the contract and deposit: To give you the key to your new home, we need to have the deposit (2 months' rent) in our bank account. Careful: proof of transfer is not accepted. After the booking on the platform, you have 2 days to register in our system (with your official documents and contact details) and sign the contract. Within 3 days after signing the contract, we must have received the deposit in our bank account.
