The Type E apartments offer spacious accommodations featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Perfect for sharing with a friend, as each person gets a generously sized bedroom and a private bathroom. The apartments also include a large shared living area with a kitchen. Often host guests and think an extra bathroom would be ideal? Then this apartment might be the perfect choice for you. IMPORTANT: - The apartment is available for sharers and couples. - The apartments are unfurnished but have flooring and come with equipped kitchens and bathrooms, the rest of the upholstery has to be done by the tenant. - Viewings are possible. - There is an income requirement; you need a gross monthly salary of 3,5 times the monthly rent. Please note, your employer must be based in Europe and self-employed tenants are only accepted if registered in the Netherlands (KVK). - The monthly service costs are €150 euros a month and this includes your internet, a Community Manager, and House Manager costs. - There is no parking available; there is however shared mobility available for tenants (cars, scooters, etc.) TO BOOK: If you'd like to live here, please send us a Booking Request via HousingAnywhere and upload your proof of ID, Employer's Statement and recent payslips for the team to review. Blaak metro and train station are around the corner, as is the weekly Blaak market. The historic Oude Haven is around the corner, as is the famous Leuvehaven with the oldest maritime museum in the Netherlands. The entrance to Clubhouse Boompjes is located on the Hertekade, but there is also an entrance on the Boompjes.
