Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. Pool maintenance and hours are at the building management's discretion and beyond our control. The maintenance staff may need to access our apartment as required by building management.
