🏡 Our site is a small 3 floor building, fully rebuilt while keeping its original traits and using similar materials, for a genuine restoration. The facade was re-built exactly the way, so it perfectly fits in the street and neighborhood traditional feeling that we wanted to keep. Our houses are cosy and fully furnished with good quality equipment and appliances for a comfortable stay, either short or long, where you can feel right at home from the beginning. About the house: This house is located on the ground floor, it is very cosy with lots of light! It has a bedroom with double bed (1,40X1,90m), bathroom (with walk in shouwer), fully equipped kitchen and living room (with dinning area and lounge area). It also has a small terrace, where you can enjoy your meal or coffee on the warm sunny days. The style is elegant and clean, with functional and good quality furniture to provide the best comfort! It is located in the neighborhood of Campolide, a neighborhood full of life and residents. It is quite close to the historical center (3,5km away). It has many traditional shops and restaurants, a modern shopping center and is well provided with buses and a tram line. The house as AC in the bedroom and in the livingroom - it works for heathing and cooling the apartment, as needed. There is fast and reliable Wi-Fi at the house and all the building, so anyone can work seamlessly anywhere in the property. Other things to note: * Stay value is for 1 or 2 guests; * Visitors are possible: 1 or 2 extra guests, using the sofa-bed (extra fee per night per guest + Tourist Tax); * Weekly cleaning available upon request (extra fee); * Bed linen & towels included (provided clean on a weekly basis); * Planes that land in Lisbon fly over the neighborhood (you can see and hear them outside) - inside the house, thanks to good insulation, noise is minimal.
