We pass the entrance gate and walk to the entrance at the front of the villa. We enter a spacious hall with cloakroom, guest toilet, the beautiful staircase and the access to the various rooms. On the right side of the hall we find the dining room and the garden-facing living room and on the left side the kitchen and the bedroom with bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and lots of light flows in through the glass conservatory, clearly a pleasant space to cook and enjoy. There is plenty of storage space and various appliances including a gas hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and an attractive gas fireplace. Through the kitchen there is access to the spacious attached brick garage with washing machine connection and loft. Through the garage there is also access to (hidden)ment with boiler room and wine cellar. The living room consists of two parts, at the front the dining room and on the garden side the sitting area with a cozy fireplace, a spacious sitting area with large glass wall and beautiful view of the garden. A nice plus is the spacious bedroom on the ground floor with en suite bathroom. The bathroom has underfloor heating, a bath, walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. Via the beautiful landing staircase with extra light we walk to the landing on the first floor. On the garden side a very spacious bedroom with sink and a small elevation with sliding doors to the roof. At the front of the house two more bedrooms of varying sizes with sink and fitted wardrobes. One of the bedrooms has patio doors to the balcony. The second bathroom has a shower cubicle, sink and there is a separate third toilet. The standing-height attic can be reached via the loft ladder and offers plenty of storage space. Around the house the landscaped, versatile garden with old beech trees, shrubs, plants, terraces and places to enjoy the sun or shade. In addition, the backyard offers optimum privacy and lots of permanent greenery. Finally, there is a practical storage room for garden equipment...
