The spaces are very bright, carefully furnished with designer materials which, together with the chosen colours, add character to the accommodation. The entrance opens to the living area featuring a sofa, a dining area and an open-plan and well-equipped kitchen, coming also with a dishwasher, an oven and a coffee machine. The main bedroom with a queen size bed completes the floor, in addition to a full bathroom next to it provided with shower. The staircase in the living area leads to the mezzanine floor which houses a second bedroom with a french size bed, overlooking the space below through a glass wall that guarantees the sunlight coming in. *Please note that, for the 3rd and 4th person, an extra fee of 300€ per person per month will be charged. *We inform our guests that the property is currently undergoing renovations and repainting. Therefore, there will be scaffolding that will not cause any noise. *The house is not equipped with central heating, but with a heat pump.
