Located in front of a national road with traffic throughout the day, yet secluded enough to provide complete privacy. - Bedrooms The house features 3 bedrooms. A spacious suite with a double bed, dressing room with sink, and en-suite bathroom, opening onto an outdoor patio, and two bedrooms with twin beds on the mezzanine level. One of the mezzanine bedrooms has access to a charming rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the scenery or a glass of wine at sunset; the other bedroom does not have windows but is well-lit by the light from the living room - both are open space, without doors. Access to the mezzanine is via a sturdy wooden and iron staircase. - Living Room A cozy living room with comfortable sofas, TV, and various books. The terracotta tile floor, thick stone walls, and wood-burning stove add character and rusticity to the space. - Dining Room Connecting with the interior patio, the dining room fills with light, making it an inviting space to relax and socialize. The wood-burning stove adds a special touch during the cold winter nights. - Kitchen A rustic kitchen equipped with an electric hob, a small countertop oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and espresso machine (coffee not included). Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation and an additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only.
