There is a sense of community in this area and the neighbours are friendly, helpful and respectful. The apartment is located between two shopping areas. A 3 minute walk to Tensta centrum/T-bana and a 3 minute bus ride to Spånga centrum/Pendeltåg station. Kista Galleria is located just 5km away and there is a bus right outside your doorstep that takes you straight there. There is a swimming pool and health centre just 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Plenty of green areas as it takes just 20 minutes to walk to Järva Folkets park. THE APARTMENT: The apartment is located on the ground floor of a 3 floor building. There are a total of 6 apartments in the building, 2 on each floor. The apartment has a newly renovated open-plan kitchen with a fitted dishwasher and essential kitchen appliances. The bathroom has underfloor heating. You also have a walk-in closet which provides plenty of storage space. The spacious balcony faces the inner garden where there is a small playground. There is a recycling room and a laundry room which are efficiently managed by the housing association. Internet is included in the rent. Internet speed is 250 Mbit/s. Electricity is not included in the rent and you will need to contact the electricity provider and sign your own contract. FURNITURE The apartment is mainly unfurnished, however, there are a few items such as a double bed with headboard (size 160cm x 200cm), a tv stand, two chest of drawers and some other items that I can leave in the apartment if you are interested in keeping them there. WHO I AM LOOKING FOR? I am looking for someone responsible and financially stable/good credit history. Someone who will take good care of the property and pay the rent on time.
