PLACE (FURNITURE, APPLIANCES) The Lessor can get for the tenants an additional bed upon previous request (single bed or sofa-beds). The tenants can get the following appliances upon previous request: kettle, water boiler, coffee maker, toaster, fan, chargers and TV. SERVICE APARTMENTS The tenants get full maintenance for the apartment (service 7 days per week) during the entire period of lease. There is a good internet connection in the building with many networks available, the speed of the connection is very fast and with an unlimited transfer of data (fiber internet connection). The Lessor can get for the tenants hand-sanitizers, home-sanitizers, face-masks, gloves, sanitizers and protective visors (upon request). Moreover, the Lessor can get for the tenants handmade fashion pochette-masks made in Italy (very trendy and fashion masks). The Lessor can get additional life insurance for foreign students (this is upon previous request). There is a weekly cleaning service available for the tenants.
