Charming room in Cologne Buchheim. Welcome to our friendly apartment on the "schäl Sick". Buchheim, a district of Mühlheim in Cologne, is an up-and-coming trendy neighborhood with a very good infrastructure Here you will find everything: stores for your daily needs, restaurants of all kinds, parks, sports facilities and everything within easy walking distance. Our apartment is very well connected to local and long-distance transportation and is surrounded by nature. From here you can reach the city center with Cologne's landmarks in a few minutes by bus, S-Bahn or tramway. CBS it is also near by.There is a direkt tramway from us to the CBS. The tramway, S-Bahn and bus station are within walking distance, as are the rental car and bike/scooter rental stations. You live in a bright, sunny, quiet room that is largely separate from my rooms. We have triple-glazed windows, so you can't hear anything from outside pwhen the windows are closed. In addition to a bed, new Matress,desk, armchair, wardrobes and lamps, your room also has a fridge, stove, as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils and crockery, so that you can easily prepare meals. Internet, you can register your own DSL connection, it is possible You share the bathroom, toilet and hallway with me and my little cat. I provide bed linen and towels(new). The room is lockable. You are responsible for cleaning your room The cleaning of common areas we will share. Heating is only available in winter. Please note, I only accept bookings from single persons. The apartment is large but would get too crowded with more people if you consider that I live there too. Buchheim, ein Stadtteil von Mühlheim damit Köln, ist ein aufstrebendes Szeneviertel mit sehr guter Infrastruktur Hier findest Du alles: Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf, Restaurants unterschiedlichster Ausrichtung, Parks, Sportmöglichkeiten und alles unproblematisch zu Fuß erreichbar. Unsere Wohnung liegt ,sehr gut angebunden an den Nah- und Fernverkehr, im Grünen . Von hier aus erreichst du die Innenstadt mit Kölner Wahrzeichen in wenigen Minuten mit Bus, S Bahn oder Strassenbahn.Auch die CBS ist nicht weit (hidden) gibt eine Strassenbahnlinie direkt zur CBS. Strassenbahn,S Bahn und Busstation befinden sich , ebenso wie Mietwagen und Leihstation für Fahrrad und /Scooter in fussläufiger Entfernung. Du bewohnst ein helles,sonniges ,ruhiges Zimmer, das von meinen Räumen weitgehend getrennt ist. Wir haben 3fach verglaste Fenster, wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind, hört man man nichts von draussen. In deinem Zimmer sind ausser Bett mit neuer Matratze, Schreibtisch ,Sessel ,Schränke und diverse Lampen auch ein Herd ,ein Kühlschrank sowie die zur Zubereitung kleinerer Mahlzeiten notwendigen Küchenuntensilien sowie Geschirr vorhanden. Du meldest dein Internet über eine DSL Leitung selbst an, das ist problemlos möglich. Das Bad, sowie Toilette und Flur teilst du mit mir und meinem kleinen Kater. Ich stelle Bettwäsche und Handtücher zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer ist abschließbar. Für die Reinigung Deines Zimmers bist Du selbst verantwortlich.Du hast deinen eigenen Staubsauger.Die Reinigung der allgemeinen Räume teilen wir uns. Bitte beachte , ich akzeptiere nur Buchungen von Einzelpersonen. Die Wohnung ist zwar groß, aber würde mit mehr Personen zu voll werden, wenn du bedenkst, daß ich dort auch wohne. Du kanst Freunde für ein paar Stunden bei mir haben, wenn du das vorher bitte rechtzeitig mit mir absprichst, aber keine Übernachtungsgäste erlaubt.
