Unfortunately, the building has no elevator. This apartment offers 4 bedrooms each with a double bed, a closet, and a desk. Each room is furnished to a high standard. There are also 2 separate toilets and a complete bathroom available. The large living room comes with a nice balcony. All bedrooms are very bright and come with plenty of natural light. A fully equipped kitchen is present with a washing machine, a dishwasher, a big fridge, an oven, and a microwave. Our flats are rented without bed linen and duvet (except if we have agreed differently in particular conditions). UTILITIES: - All our apartments include a basic WIFI - Utility costs will be based on consumption. We will provide a report on your consumption every month and based on that will depend on how much you have to pay for the utilities. - Payment of utilities will be arranged monthly and we (the property manager) will pay the utility companies. The monthly service charge shown in the listing (33 EUR/ 12,500 HUF) is to cover the management of all utility contracts. - Common cost: 42803 HUF - this is split between the tenants and payable per month.
