The apartment also has two bathrooms and a guest toilet. The flat is ideal for students and young expats. Our flats are rented without bed linen and duvet (except if we have agreed differently in particular conditions). We will provide a report on your consumption every month and based on that will depend on how much you have to pay for the utilities. - Payment of utilities will be arranged monthly and we (the property manager) will pay the utility companies.
