Ideal for families or small groups of friends. Please note that access to the apartment is via stairs. The Sintra Mountains have a unique microclimate, characterized by high humidity. We recommend airing out the house frequently during your stay to help mitigate moisture and any resulting odors. Renovation work is ongoing in the apartment below. - Bedrooms The apartment has 3 bedrooms. Two with double beds and central heating, which open onto a small balcony (one of the bedrooms features a spacious walk-in closet). The third bedroom, in the attic, has a single bed convertible into two (as it is an attic, the ceilings are low). - Workspace In the attic, next to the bedroom, a comfortable workspace equipped with a desk provides the quiet you need to work! - Living Room The living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa, TV, central heating, and a dining table for 6, is filled with natural light through its large windows. - Bathroom The apartment has one bathroom with a shower. - Kitchen A spacious, well-lit kitchen, equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, and coffee machine (coffee not included). - Solarium Accessible through the garden, this pleasant space is equipped with a kitchenette and toys for children. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am.
