Situated in a strategic location, the university campus is just a 10-minute walk away, and the city centre is easily accessible by crossing the road. The flat offers amenities such as a private car park and a garage for bicycles. All necessary kitchen equipment, including a microwave, cutlery, pans, oven, and fridge, is provided. Additionally, there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Please note that the flat has been recently refurbished so you may find additional furniture and different wall colours.
