Brighton is known for having an abundance of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks so you will never be without something to explore. The spacious living room is equipped with a TV, the kitchen boasts ample countertops and a breakfast nook, while the bathrooms are newly renovated. The 6 bedrooms all feature full-length blackout curtains for optimal privacy, as well as their unique decor accents including elements like floor plants, alarm clocks, accent rugs, and personal desk space. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure it, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check and electronically sign a residency agreement. You'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC).
