Strategic area very well served by shops and public transport: streetcars, buses and subway line M5 Lilla stop Monumentale, which is a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer and air conditioning.
