Furthermore, it is located in one of the most prestigious resorts in the Algarve, with 4 pools, mini-golf, a mini-market, and restaurants offering the best of Portuguese cuisine! ➔ Building The apartment is located within the Clube Albufeira resort, surrounded by gardens, pools, restaurants, snack bars, mini-golf, a playground, and a mini-market. It is situated on the first floor of a building without an elevator. ➔ Bedrooms The apartment features two bedrooms, both equipped with air conditioning and built-in wardrobes. One is a suite with a double bed and TV, and the other has two single beds. ➔ Bathrooms There are two bathrooms in the apartment. One is an ensuite with a shower, and the other has a bathtub. ➔ Living Room The bright living room, which opens onto an inviting balcony with a dining table, offers a sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, and a fireplace. ➔ Kitchen The kitchen, connected to the living room by a counter, is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine (coffee not included). ➔ Pools Four pools are available for your use (including for the little ones!), with sun loungers, restrooms, a snack bar, or restaurant. ➔ Playground and Mini-Golf Have fun with your family and create lasting memories - a playground with ample grassy space for the little ones' delights, and mini-golf (subject to an additional cost). ➔ Gym Don't break your exercise routine, make use of the resort's gym space, which has all the necessary basic equipment. Additional Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts at 16:00. Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 10am. Before leaving, please place the keys in the lockbox. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium. → Night time in person assistance due to issues unimputable to the property will have an extra cost of €25 from 10:00 pm and €50 from 00:00 am. → The Resort has access control to the facilities. All guests must wear a (reusable) wristband, which gives access to the facilities. Each wristband costs 20€ in cases of loss. → Monthly bill consumptions are included up to 150€.
