The sofa-beds (140x200 cm double-bed x 3, 1 bed per room) are brand new and very comfortable. There is 1 sofa-bed per bedroom. THE DEPOSIT IS NEGOTIABLE (LOWER AMOUNT) FOR A PERIOD SHORTER THAN 3 MONTHS. DESCRIPTION BELOW VALID UNTIL APRIL 2024, FROM MAY 2024 BRAND NEW APARTMENT The apartment is made of a hallway with a small corridor, a small common area with a kitchen annex, 2 bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms (1 big bedroom and 2 medium size bedrooms). Bathrooms 1st bathroom: sink, shower, 2nd bathroom: sink, toilet The Lessor is planning to keep this special monthly price for the entire period of pandemic. The entire apartment can host a maximum of 5 people. The best would be 3 or 4 people. Normally the Lessor wants 1 person per bedroom. The bathroom, the kitchen and the bedrooms are fully equipped. There are many kind of appliances and devices in the apartments: microwave, kettle, boiler, fridge with freezer, iron with iron board. There are also the hangers and a rack for the clothes. In each bedroom the sofa-beds are very large (double bed size 140x200 cm). The bedrooms are bright and fully furnished. This is a perfect place for expats and foreign students (Erasmus). Each bedroom is for 1 person or a couple. Each bedroom has a sofa-bed with a cover, bedside table, lamps, wardrobe with hangers, desk, 2 chairs, window blinds, curtains and carpet. There are many foreigners in the building. There is an amazing courtyard just behind the apartment where the tenants car leave the bicycles. There is parking area nearby the place (municipality regulations apply for the parking area). The place is very close to both the shopping mall Galeria Krakowska, the railway station and the bus station. There is a possibility to get a service of bed linens and towels (the service is upon previous request and the price is not included in the monthly rent).
