The apartment is situated in a residential neighborhood, on a quiet street. Just a few steps from the apartment, you will find a pharmacy and Alfio famiglia Nalati, a highly recommended pastry shop. The area is well-served with bars, pubs, pizzerias, and supermarkets. There is also a lively square right below the apartment where you can enjoy a pizza or have an aperitif with friends in the evening. The new APP 139 is part of a complex of apartments and consists of: a large shared kitchen equipped with everything, 5 spacious single rooms, one of which is a double, all very bright. You will also find a beautiful kitchen as a common area, where you can spend time with friends and roommates, study, or simply relax in good company. The area is very convenient for public transportation: the bus stop is a 1-minute walk from the apartment.
