The house is mainly used by Erasmus and international students staying for a full semester: September–January or February–June. The Guest House DML has 9 rooms, 6 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry area, patio/outdoor area and fast internet by Wi-Fi and cable. Common areas are cleaned twice per week. The room is fully furnished and includes a bed, mattress, pillow, desk, chair, storage space and internet access. The monthly utilities fee is fixed and includes water, electricity, internet and cleaning of the common areas. A video call visit can be arranged before booking, and a detailed document with photos and house information can be shared.
