The flat also has a clothes rack, an iron, an ironing board, a washing machine. Additionally, you will find cleaning items directly in the apartment: bagless hoover, dustpan and brush, broom, mop and bucket... The area is also home to the remains of the roman amphitheatre: Gallien palace, and the basilica of Saint-Seurin, an ancient structure with some of its features dating as far back as the 11th century! To the relief of its residents, the area remains a very peaceful part of Bordeaux, even though the basilica attracts many tourists since its classification by UNESCO. From this older Bordelais neighbourhood you can easily reach the up-market districts of Grands Hommes and Quinconces, and the residential areas of Croix Blanche and Mériadek. In fact, the tram line B that passes through “place Gambetta” allows you to get to the Bassins district, home to the river banks of the Garonne in one direction, and to the Pessac university campus in the other direction.
