This modern space is designed to provide students and young professionals with a convenient, comfortable living experience and the feel of two connected apartments within one larger unit. The apartment is designed as two interconnected areas that operate like separate apartments but function as one. To move from one side to the other, residents pass through the corridor of the building. One of the sides features four bedrooms, bathroom, and a laundry room. (This room is on this side.) The other side comprises three bedrooms, an additional bathroom, and an inviting common area with a kitchen and living room for social gatherings and relaxation. Prime spot on Calle Ter, Sevilla, right across from the Facultad de Enfermería, Fisioterapia y Podología. Ideal for students, this location offers quick access to academic buildings, local cafés, and shopping options. Recently and stylishly refurbished, the apartment showcases a fresh ambiance with modern finishes, enhancing both comfort and style. Each of the seven rooms is designed with productivity and relaxation in mind, providing private, comfortable, and furnished spaces. With two full bathrooms, the apartment promotes a smooth morning routine, ensuring ample facilities for all residents. A communal kitchen and cozy living room encourage shared meals and socializing, creating a true coliving environment. Situated in a lively neighborhood, the apartment has access to local shops, eateries, and public transportation, making it easy to explore Seville. We look forward to providing you with a unique and convenient living experience! CLARIFICATION OF THE RESERVATION PROCESS: the process we follow before confirming a reservation, and to ensure everything is clear for both sides: 1. First Step: The tenant makes the initial reservation via the platform and pays the first month’s rent through the platform. 2. Second Step: After that, we get in direct contact with the tenant to prepare and sign the rental contract. (Please note: direct contact is only allowed after the reservation is made and not before.) At the same time as signing the contract, the tenant must pay the security deposit and the administration fee. ⚠️ Important: Until the contract is signed and both the deposit and administration fee are paid, the reservation is not officially confirmed or secured. Before confirming, it’s essential that the tenant reviews all payment details under “View all the payments planned for this stay” on the platform, to avoid misunderstanding.
