ROOM: Bright double room in Benimamet. It is a very good option if you are a student or young worker and you want to spend some time in the beautiful city of Valencia. It is a fully equipped and furnished room: - Bed 135x190cm - Wardrobe - Desk with lamp and chair - Bedside table - Lock for your privacy - Fan APARTMENT: The flat is 100m2 and has 5 bedrooms , a full bathroom and a toilet. The common areas are really nice, with a fully equipped kitchen with: - Ceramic hob - Refrigerator - Oven - Microwave oven - Crockery and cutlery - TV NEIGHBOURHOOD: Benimamet is a district of Valencia, located in the northwest of the municipality, bordering the towns of Burjasot and Paterna. Due to its location, it is a very good option for students of the faculties of the University of Valencia located in Burjassot. Furthermore, the area is well connected to the centre of Valencia by public transport. EXPENSES: Internet is included in the price. The expenses for water and electricity are 50€ monthly, but it is the maximum coverage. This means that if there is a month when the bill is higher than our coverage, the tenant will have to pay the difference. In this case, the expenses are shared equally between the tenants. CLEANING SERVICE: We offer a free cleaning service once a week of the communal areas. It is the tenant's responsibility to keep the flat clean, tidy and in good condition. Our cleaning service is mainly to help you with the cleaning, but it is important to keep everything clean. Cleaning products must be provided by the tenants. You can find a list of the necessary cleaning products in the flat. BEDROOM CLOTHING: For a hygienic reason, we do not provide pillow, duvet and duvet cover. We only provide a set of sheets and a towel. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: Check in will take place at the office. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive details of how to get to the office, but it is within easy reach of the airport. We will meet you here to complete the payments, sign the rental contract and provide you with a set of keys to your new home. Check-in hours will be from 16:00 to 20:00. If you arrive in Valencia earlier you can leave your luggage in my office in the meantime. If you arrive later than 8:00PM we will leave the keys at a 24H point, where you can pick them up, at a cost of 35€. Check out will be at the latest on the last day of the rental contract at 11:00AM.
