Connection to downtown Valencia by tram (line 10 recently opened) and bus 15 min walk to the City of Arts and Sciences. Bike path with quick access to the beach and other areas of Valencia. Parking is very easy to find. An utility amount of 200 € per month will be additionally charged: this amount includes wifi, water and up to 120 euros of electricity: if more is spent, the tenant will be charged for it. Pets are allowed with a supplement of 150 euros per pet, payed only once. Some of our tenants are allergic, and flats are deeply cleaned after each stay with pets.
