The entrance hall leads on the right to the bathroom with shower and on the left to the corridor leading to the living room, a space expertly transformed into a sophisticated design library, the living area is large and with fully equipped open kitchen, dining table, smart TV, double sofa bed and faces a small balcony overlooking the courtyard. The sleeping area consists of a double bed and closet, and study/smart working corner desk. The apartment is characterized by the elegance of the colors, furnishings and the peaceful quietness given by the interior facing. The apartment is located in the Porta Venezia area a few steps from Corso Buenos Aires and Corso di Porta Venezia, in a residential context well served by (stores, bars and restaurants, pharmacy), a few steps away is the LIMA subway station of the red M1 line that leads to Piazza San Babila, Duomo and Via Monte Napoleone and ideal for reaching the Istituto Marangoni and Raffles College, the Central Station is about 10 minutes away. Energy class pending. Please note: deposit equals to 2-months rent for stays longer than 6 months. Utilities included up to €70 per month. Tourist visa not accepted to sign contract. Valid passport and “codice fiscale” are required for contract registration. If the signatory is a company, the rent will be increased by 30%. The contract can be provided with a leasing period of a max 18 months, then, in case of longer stays, it can be renewed. In case of early termination of rental contract, an additional fee of 100€ is required and a 30 to 60 days early notice, depending on the length of the contract.
