Warwick Avenue tube is only 6-mins away, so guests can easily explore the city! Welcome to my home! This former Victorian building is located on the ground floor with enormous bay windows overlooking the Sutherland Avenue neighbourhood. The bright and spacious living room features a comfy sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a heavenly king-sized bed, and the second has a single-day bed which can be extended into a double bed. All beds are fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay! This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). Little Venice/Maida Vale is one of Central London's most desirable locations, with easy access to public transport and local and Royal Parks (Regents Park and Hyde Park). There are local and boutique shops, coffee shops, delis, pubs and cafes/restaurants locally at Formosa Street, Clifton Gardens and Lauderdale Road. There is a coffee shop and pub/restaurant (the Hero of Maida) opposite the apartment on Shirland Road. The area is characterised by beautiful Georgian and Victorian-era architecture and is favoured and liked by families and young professionals. The Grand Union Canal at Little Venice provides a beautiful walking route weaving through Central London. Please be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform.
