The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal. It also includes a washing and dryer machine and a dishwasher. The two bedrooms are well furnished, the first with a king-size bed and the second with a double bed. Both are in hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, along with fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. Other things to note Please note the washing machine does not work. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a GBP 300 smoking fee at a minimum. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you.
