Is located in a beautiful street, just a 8 minutes walk from the "Polytechnic University of Valencia", the "Tarongers Campus", the "University of Valencia ́s Blasco Ibáñez Campus", and the "European University of Valencia". It is near the Turia riverbed (green space for walking and playing sports). Well connected to public transport, with several bus and metro stops (“Aragon Metro Station” and “Amistat-Casa de Salud Metro Station”) within walking distance, this makes it easy to get around Valencia and explore the city's many attractions. The room has HD TV, high-speed WiFi internet connection, and air conditioning (hot and cold) inside. In addition to a large closet, desk and study chair. The house has 6 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and shower. It has a common area with a fully equipped kitchen including an oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, induction hob and washing machine. Too has a sofa, dining table and chairs.
