House rules: No smoking, or parties. Dispose of rubbish properly. Keep the property clean. While appreciated, washing up and stripping beds at check-out are not mandatory. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 9 AM. Please secure all windows and doors when leaving. Be careful with keys; guests cover costs for lost keys or locksmith calls. Follow Italian recycling rules and pay city tax before check-in. Central heating operates on a set schedule: 6 AM-9 AM, 12 PM-2 PM, 8 PM-11 PM. Max thermostat temperature is 19°C.
