Below some more specifics on the apartment: About the building This building is located at Hogevecht. Within ten minutes you will reach shopping center Amsterdamse Poort with restaurants, stores and supermarkets. In this building, you will share the main entrance, elevator and stairway with other apartments. On the 9th floor you will have private access to the apartment which is surrounded by an huge balcony on three sides. About the apartment The apartment is partially furnished (only the living and dining area). The furnishments of bedroom and/or working room will be up to the tenants who will be residing here. The kitchen is equipped with induction hub, fridge, freezer, dish washer, combi oven and all the necessary kitchen-/tableware. There is a storage/washing space for the washing machine. One bedroom is approximately 14 m^2, and the other 11 m^2. Please note: I also have a bedroom with my own stuff in the third bedroom, which won't be accessibly. I won't be staying or living in the apartment for the two years, however I'll occasionally pick up my mail from the mailbox on the ground floor.
