Trams run in various directions, and the city center is just a 10-minute walk away. Tenant is also welcome free to use two bike. Exploring Helsinki by bike is a convenient option. The room features a ceiling height of over 3 meters, designed to maximize comfort and functionality in a compact space. The apartment is ideal for singles, couples, small groups of friends, or a small family. It is equipped with a queen-size bed (160cm x 200cm), a sleeping loft with a comfortable bed (120cm x 200cm), and a dining table. Enjoy preparing meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, which includes an oven, induction cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle, as well as plenty of pots, pans, and cutlery. The bathroom has been recently renovated and includes a washing machine with a drying function. The toilet has also been renovated. Known for its peaceful atmosphere, tree-lined streets, and proximity to nature, Töölö is also just a short distance from Helsinki's city center. The area offers a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, and boutiques. Töölö is home to beautiful parks, including Hesperia Park along Töölö Bay and Sibelius Park, which features a monument to the famous composer Jean Sibelius. The district also boasts a vibrant cultural scene, with landmarks like the Finnish National Opera and the National Museum of Finland. For sports enthusiasts, Töölö offers ample facilities, such as the Töölö Sports Hall, just 200 meters from the apartment, which provides various indoor sports (Owned by the Helsinki city, so the prices are also affordable). The Helsinki Olympic Stadium, often referred to as the most beautiful stadium in the world, is only 500 meters away. Other nearby sporting venues include the Swimming Stadium, the Eläintarha Sports Park, and the Töölö Rowing Stadium, which is home to several rowing clubs. Football and ice hockey fans will love Töölö, as it is the home of Helsinki's top teams, HJK(football) and HIFK(ice-hockey), with matches just a short distance away. Please note: No subletting.
