With a history that dates more that 100.000 years of Civilization, mostly known for its Classical and Hellenistic period, this neighborhood thrived in Antiquity in the production of Sculpture and Ceramics. It is still today, populated with Artists, Poets, Musicians, Actors, Novelists who have lived here over the years; it is an area to celebrated Theaters, open air Movie Theaters, Contemporary Art Galleries and Artists Spaces. Just a minute away from Leon Avdi Square, one has easy access to romantically traditional Cafes, cool hidden Bars, excellent Restaurants, combined with a lovely relaxed, mellow downtown atmosphere. 
This is a really fun place to stay. It combines easy access to all the fun outings yet it provides a quiet, relaxing and comfortable stay with amenities that ensure a pleasant accommodation. The apartment itself is on the third floor, with elevator, and is very bright and airy with lovely open plan living. You can really enjoy both ‘staying in’ and ‘staying out’ of this fantastically located building. Furthermore, the unique Art works make this place really unique. A delightful accommodation that you can call Home ! Central Athens is an incredible place to be – Leonidou St gives you all the fun without the stress of the city noise! Do Note: The Building itself is kind of shabby but clean and the Apartment itself is recently totally renovated and decorated. Check-ins are generally possible from after 14:00 pm and Check-outs are by 11:00 am ( Though both these times may be more flexible depending on bookings and cleaning times ) We will do our best to make it work for you. PLEASE NOTE: We do have to charge a late check-in fee of 30Euros for any arrivals after 21:00 pm. We request that you submit this payment via the site after your check-in.
