Just outside the property, you will have access to Birmingham Park Central, one of the largest parks in the area. Ideal for those who enjoy a quiet neighborhood, this property will place you close to the iconic Cube, as well as the Mailbox which is just a brisk 5-minute walk away. You will also be within walking distance of the city’s famous Canal Side, home of restaurants, bars, and cinemas. The property has 1 spacious bedroom with an XXL super king-size bed, able to comfortably accommodate 2 guests. This apartment is located on the ground floor with your entrance and a large terrace, facing park central. The apartment comes fully furnished and equipped for long and short-term stays. We provide complimentary with Wifi, bed linen, towels, toiletries, and Netflix for your comfort, all free of charge. There is one living room and an open space kitchen, which are separate from the bedroom area, allowing you to comfortably rest after a long day at work. This accommodation also comes with free on-street parking. Please keep in mind it is free on weekends and weekdays apart from between 11-12 (just for 1h). Other things to note: All guests must provide proof of Identification i.e. passport, driver's licence. All guests must respect our community guidelines: No Parties/Gatherings that exceed the maximum number of guests No Smoking No extra guests Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down after 10 pm. Check-out is strictly 11 am, a charge will be applied for any unauthorized late checkouts. You are responsible for any damages caused during your stay by not following house rules. You are also responsible if the damages cause any upcoming guest an inconvenience. You will be liable for any refunds given to any guests due to any negative experience caused by your damages.
