Its located on a calm and residential area, in close proximity to a variety of attractions, including beaches, parks, playgrounds and cultural sites. - Bedrooms It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds. - Living Room The living Room features a comfortable seating area with sofa and TV, a dining table for 4 and opens up to a balcony with a welcoming hammock. - Bathroom The apartment has one bathroom with shower. - Kitchen A fully equipped kitchen awaits you, furnished with a cooktop, a microwave, oven and refrigerator. Also features a dining table for 4. Other Information: → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts at 15:00 and check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place make sure all doors and windows are closed. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest.
