The Valadier apartment covers 156 square meters distributed on the third floor of an elegant Roman building, served by a convenient elevator. This large bright apartment is perfect for accommodating up to 6 people, representing the ideal solution for families or groups who want to experience the capital in total comfort and style. The house includes three carefully furnished bedrooms: the first with a comfortable double bed, the second with two single beds, while the living room houses an elegant double sofa bed that offers two additional beds. The large living area is embellished with a modern smart TV for moments of relaxation, while the fully equipped kitchen has an oven, refrigerator with freezer and dishwasher, ensuring maximum convenience during your stay. The apartment is completed by two modern and functional bathrooms. The accommodation is equipped with all the essential amenities for a quality stay: fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning to ensure maximum well-being in every season, washing machine for independent laundry management and television for entertainment. The non-smoking environment ensures an atmosphere that is always healthy and welcoming, while every detail has been designed to offer a complete and relaxing stay experience. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement; Internet, wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price; Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc...; RENTAL AGREEMENT: As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can't get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat. - for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in.
