Our 41-45 sqm One-Bedroom Apartments for stays over 30 nights have been furnished to our highest modern standards. The appartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa with TV and a private bathroom with shower to make you feel at home. The separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed (1.50 m) offers sufficient rest at night. In case of dirty laundry, you have the possibility to wash your clothes in your own washing machine in the room. Therefore your apartment offers everything you need for a stay with us. Included in the price is mandatory weekly cleaning. Please note that we charge an extra 20% of the monthly rent for additional guests. We do not offer apartment viewings on site. Die Apartments verfügen über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein gemütliches Sofa mit Fernseher sowie ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche, damit Du Dich wie zu Hause fühlen kannst. Das separate Schlafzimmer mit bequemem Doppelbett (1,50 m) bietet ausreichend Erholung in der Nacht. Fällt mal schmutzige Wäsche an, hast Du die Möglichkeit, Deine Kleidung in Deiner eigenen Waschmaschine im Zimmer zu waschen. Dein Apartment bietet also alles, was Du auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt bei uns brauchst. Im Preis inbegriffen ist eine nicht stornierbare wöchentliche Reinigung der Suite.
