When you contact me please write this information in your first message: - Brief introduction of yourself. - Your main reason to come to Vienna: if you are a Student or a Worker. - Your main source of income (if you are a student, you need to have a guarantor or a valid proof of income/saving and show it) If this information is not provided, your message won't be taken into consideration. 3 IMPORTANT INFORMATION RENTAL CONDITIONS - We exclusively rent to females (non-smokers) for a 22 sqm furnished sunny room in a penthouse apartment. Male applicants are kindly requested to refrain from applying. - Applicants must introduce themselves and provide their nationality and occupation. Student applicants should specify who will pay for their stay in Vienna and/or provide proof of income. - The minimum stay in the room is 4 months. Earlier check out will turn into deposit retention 4. APARTMENT DETAILS - The apartment is quiet and conveniently located near a supermarket, train, and public transport (Rennweg Station). - Two more rooms in the same apartment are already rented to two girls. The apartment includes 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, and 1 dining room. - "Other" additional required costs include building administration and heating costs. All costs/utilities mentioned in this offer are intended for each roommate and must be paid monthly in advance. - Meldezzettel and or rental agreement will be provided, but it will turn into a +10% on the total rental cost; - there is a new law in Austria which obliges all the real estate unit to pay the TV licence even if there is not TV in the apartment. Consequently you are asked to pay €5,10 each month to your roommate Erna which is in charge tp collect the money 5. PAYMENT - Initial payment for the first month's rent is made via HA. Subsequent payments will be made directly to the owner. - Your deposit will be returned via bank transfer after departure and inspection of the studio. If the guest asked a signed Meldezzettel, the deposit will be returned after the cancellation of residency (Abmeldung)...
