Wenn man das Zimmer betritt, kommt man in einen kleinen Flur von dem das Badezimmer, sowie Schlafzimmer erreichen kann. Der Schlaf- und Wohnraum bietet ein gemütliches Einzelbett, einen Tisch mit zwei Stühlen und einen Schreibtisch mit Schreibtischstuhl. (Alles komplett neu!) Außerdem findet man im Zimmer einen kleinen Kühlschrank und Abstellfläche für persönliche Gegenstände. Das Große Fenster spendet viel Tageslicht. Das Badezimmer ist ausgestattet mit einer Badewanne/oder Dusche, einer Heizung an der man seine Handtücher aufhängen kann, einem großen Waschbecken mit Spiegel darüber und einem WC. Außerhalb des Zimmers gibt es gemeinschaftliche Aufenthaltsräume für spannende Spieleabende, sowie eine große, geteilte Küche. Zusätzlich gibt es eine geteilte Waschküche und einen Fahrradkeller. WLAN ist im ganzen Haus verfügbar und im Preis mit eibegriffen. Das Heim befindet sich im 17. Bezirk Hernals und ist, z.B. von der Uni Wien aus, in unter 15min mit der Straßenbahn 43/44 vom Schottentor aus zu erreichen. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung befinden Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aller Art, Cafes, Bars und Restaurants sowie verschiedene kulturelle Angebote und zur U Bahn Station U6 Alserstrasse sind es nur 500m! zu Fuß. Der Preis gilt für Buchungen ab vier Monaten. Ein kürzerer Aufenthalt ist ebenfalls möglich aber zu anderen Konditionen. When you enter the room, you enter a small hallway from which you can access the bathroom and bedroom. The bedroom and living room has a comfortable single bed, a table with two chairs and a desk with a desk chair. There is also a small fridge and a storage space for personal belongings. The large window gives a lot of daylight. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a heater on which you can hang your towels, a large washbasin with a mirror above and a toilet. Outside the room there are common lounges for exciting game evenings and a large shared kitchen. There is also a shared laundry room and a bicycle cellar. WLAN is available throughout the house and is included in the price. The home is located in the 17th district of Hernals and can be reached, e.g. from the University of Vienna, in less than 15 minutes by tram 43/44 from Schottentor. In the immediate vicinity there are shopping facilities of all kinds, cafes, bars and restaurants as well as various cultural offers and the underground station U6 Alserstrasse is only 500m away on foot. The price is valid for bookings of four months or more. A shorter stay is also possible but at different conditions. - HousingAnywhere se cerciora de que la propiedad es tal y como aparece en el anuncio, y solamente envía el pago al propietario cuando has hecho la mudanza correctamente.
