PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION BEFORE REPLYING! -Mattress, bed linen and towels are recently renewed and are not used; -Your sleeping room is 13m2 (see picture); -Apartment total 95m2. Consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, an indoor storage room and a quite large balcony; -Internet, washing machine, balcony, 6th level with the elevator met lift, bike storage; -Deposit 2 months; -Amsterdam Osdorp, Valkenisseweg; -Minimum period of 6 months, then renewable for six months; -Furnished and upholstered (don't bring your own furniture); -Kitchen, bathroom and toilet are shared; -There is a cat in the house -No drugs, no cigarettes, no alcohol, no pork; -No party's; -Visitors only at very exceptional situations like family and best friends; -No sleepers; -You don't need to pay for cleaning supplies; -I use the shower between 7:45 and 8.45 o'clock in the morning. After using the shower I do my make up and hair in my sleeping room. I only lock the door from the bathroom when I need to go to the toilet or when I am showering. After this avtivity's the door isn't locked anymore. Also unlocked when I brush my tooth. I will be happy if you will do the same to keep the bathroom free. I will be more happy if you can have a shower at an other time (after work/school or something). -I usually cook at 20:00 o'clock. There is enough space to cook with 2 person!; -I will be very happy if there is no much noise after 23:00 o'clock during the week. Weekend is no problem, but the neighbours will not be happy if there is much noise after 00.00 o clock. -I would like to ask you to clean your room every 2 weeks. Also clean everything you use after cooking. Don't leave the kitchen dirty for hours. -I don't want to know what you are doing by night or where you are of course, but I will be very happy if you send me a message when you expect you will come home very late nighted. Also send me a message when you will sleep somewhere else pls. -The apartment is safe. There is a doorbell camera and a sliding lock inside. The rented parts of the flat are occcupied by seniors (seniorencomplexen). The owner parts are owned by highly educated people. There is social control within and around the flat by the residents. -There is a healthy living environment in which there is no mold, rot or moisture. There is a good ventilation system. -Amsterdam is a city where the use of the bicycle is encouraged. If you don't have a car, cycling is much more efficient than using public transport. This is a point of attention, especially for students. The name of the street from the apartment is Valkenisseweg, pls check at Google Maps or OV-planner your travel route by public transport. -Is the neighborhood safe at midnight?: You are never safe anywhere in Amsterdam at midnight. The heart of Amsterdam beats around Damsquare and you will also find all the entertainment venues there. All the stores close at 18:00 and supermarkets at 21:00. Public transport is hardly available after 00:00 o'clock. It always remains a challenge for all residents who live outside the heart of Amsterdam to get home at midnight if you do not have a bicycle or a car. -The walking distance to the nearest supermarket Aldi is 10 minutes. The walking distance to the Osdorpplein shopping center is 15 minutes. -Need a bicycle? You can rent this from me for €20 per month excluding maintenance costs. On every corner you will find a bicycle shop where you can have the bicycle maintained. The deposit is €500 (cover for theft or damage). The flat has a large closed bicycle garage for shared use. -All the rental activities are legal. The apartment is absolutely not sublet.
