El alquiler de este anuncio se calcula quincenalmente. Durante el primer y el último mes, si te quedas medio mes o menos, pagarás la mitad del alquiler de ese mes. Si te quedas más de medio mes, pagarás el alquiler del mes completo. A esto lo llamamos un tipo de contrato quincenal. Para confirmar tu alquiler, tendrás que pagar el alquiler íntegro de un mes. Cualquier importe adicional de alquiler que pagues el primer mes se restará del alquiler del mes siguiente.
